NIGHT FISHING

"Fishing is much more than fish. It is the great occasion when we may return to the fine simplicity of our forefathers."

"Time is but the stream I go fishing in. I drink at it, but while I drink I see the sandy bottom and detect how shallow it is. It's thin current slides away, but eternity remains."
Henry David Thoreau

"It has always been my private conviction that any man who puts his intelligence up against a fish and loses had it coming."
John Steinbeck

"But, for all that, they had a very pleasant walk. The trees were bare of leaves, and the river was bare of water-lilies; but the sky was not bare of its beautiful blue, and the water reflected it, and a delicious wind ran with the stream, touching the surface crisply."
Charles Dickens

"When peace like a river come's my way - When sorrow like the sea, tears from my eyes will fall - Whatever will happen or come my way - Just like Mother Natures weather - What will happen will happen - Nothing will stop it or stand in it's way"

"Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage."
Anais Nin

"You rose into my life like a promised sunrise, brightening my days with the light in your eyes. I've never been so strong. Now I'm where I belong."
Maya Angelou
